Arbors and Patios, a premier landscape construction service provider serving homeowners and small-business owners in the DFW metroplex since 2005, focuses on creating dream outdoor living spaces. Their experienced craftsmen offer services including automated Azenco pergola roofing, deck and patio construction, and permanent hardscape features. Luis and his crew did a very good job with an outdoor kitchen, including a custom built vent hood up to the 14' ceiling with an insert, grill, refrigerator and storage. The team was exceptionally professional, fair, and did an excellent job on an arbor, being careful in handling existing beams and giving options to work with throughout the process. Luis is very good at walking you through the building process, educating on different products and suggesting ideas with no sales pressure, offering a very quality product and workmanship for a good price. While some customers were extremely happy with great design, stone work & carpentry, and are really enjoying the finished product with the owner, Luis, having great ideas, one reviewer would not use them for any pool decking due to shortfalls in completion as workers went unsupervised with communication a real issue. Overall, Arbors and Patios is recognized as one of the best home services companies in the area, providing a range of additional services like fences, tile work, and remodeling.
We had Arbors & Patios return to revisit our pergola project. Luis offered some awesome, aesthetic suggestions to the initial pergola. We are incredibly, beyond pleased!
Luis is responsive and professional. His crew did an outstanding job on our pergola. The crew was professional, courteous and meticulous. Cost for services was very reasonable.
Ten years ago Arbors and Patios built me a beautiful covered patio! Recently, I contacted Luis, the owner, to build a stand-alone covered patio in my backyard, at my new house. Luis designed just what I wanted...stand-alone, gable roof, covered patio with lights, electric outlets, ceiling fan, beautiful concrete, and large flagstone walking path from the house. Communication with Luis was super! His crew is very professional, talented, experienced, friendly, prompt, and thorough. My new stand-alone, gable roof, covered patio is beautiful! I've used Arbors and Patios a couple times over about an 8-year period. The first was the original build of a patio and pergola. Luis, the owner, came out and reviewed our needs. He designed and installed a beautiful pavestone patio and a really outstanding pergola with a polycarbonate cover. The Arbors and Patio crew were always prompt and completed the project quickly. Luis had an excellent project manager on site but also came by personally on a regular basis to review the progress and let us know what was going on.
