From walk-in conveniency, to checkin, and seeing Dr. Phan, this was such a pleasant experience as opposed to experience at the Hurst Target location.First of all the young lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! Dr. Phan was amazing and detailed in what I needed. She explained my options and helped me to select what would be the best for for me. I appreciate your help with my vision care. Dr. Phan was wonderful, as always! She’s very thorough, professional and caring. I really enjoy my appointments with her. And this was only my second visit!And then there was Laurie on the optical side who took such wonderful care of me! She got me the best deals, and she was professional yet treated me like family. I left with contacts ordered, beautiful glasses ordered (that she so patiently helped me pick!), and fabulous aviator sunglasses that I always wanted. I’ll be sending my husband over so he can get the royal treatment too! Highly recommend!!!! ?
