Sudden Service has performed maintenance on my heating and air conditioning for years. Sudden Service is top notch and are troubleshooters and PROBLEM SOLVERS. I had an issue that bothered me for a couple years and I never related it to the HVAC so didn't mention it to the serviceman. I just happened to bring it up to him and he thought a little while and walked around a few rooms...he diagnosed and mentioned what likely should be done...and, it worked with a little caulking and minimal effort. Problem was solved!!
Mike, Shawn and Richard have been servicing my AC unit for over 10 years. They show up on time every time. Rates are reasonable and they are very conscientious and never do anything that isn’t needed. If I am not home I feel safe in letting them come do work w/o me being home.

Such great service by this company! We had a very dirty dryer duct and Cole came out and gave us an estimate for that, along with duct cleaning, which we decided to do the return air vents. They also installed an air purification system at our request. Not pushy at all, just knowledgeable, and fixed several other items that we didn’t realize were an issue.
Overall, cannot recommend them enough! Ended up being a two day job and they were on time, friendly, and efficient. Couldn’t ask for more. I’m so happy we found a company we can rely on.
