They did a phenomenal job with their warranty work. My foundation was slipping so they came out to do a reevaluation. Previous home owners hired this company at some point and it was a very smooth process having them come out a few weeks ago. I’ve owned my home for about 7.5 years so I’m not sure how long ago this work was originally done. It was determined that several areas needed to be addressed. They came out a couple weeks later and did wonderful work. I was very nervous about how professional and clean they’d be because I was paying nothing with it being under warranty, I’m beyond impressed. I was out of town when the storm hit that took several shingles off my roof. I called Colin and he was able to help me right away! They sent someone out to look at my roof, tarp it for me, and send me pictures before I even got back. Brandon worked with my adjuster and helped me through the entire process of dealing with the insurance company, picking out a new shingle, and even answering my questions about better ventilation for my attic. He took it a step further to figure out why my previously purchased solar panels were not meeting my expectations and found a solution. Day of install Colin came out and managed every bit it. Absolutely the best! My driveway was falling apart and I didn't know what to expect when I called, what I got was five star treatment and workmanship. Van was extremely helpful and always able to answer any questions I had as well as having the knowledge to back it up. I would recommend these guys to anyone, if your needing any kind of work done that Structured offers then look no further you've found the best on the market!
