Just from describing my issue, Mary knew exactly what I needed and said that she could get it done in the timeframe that I needed the alteration completed. I also needed the straps taken up. Mary told me at the time that she didn't have the equipment to adjust my straps at the button, so I asked if she could mark where I could make the adjustment myself. When I picked up my denim jumpsuit, not only did the jumpsuit fit perfectly, but one of her associates had fixed the strap and handsewn it. I can't praise Mary, Lisa, and Anna enough. “Great communication, my dress was done on time. I was a little hesitant since I was bringing in my prom dress but I only read good reviews so I took the chance and was extremely happy with the outcome. My dress was way too long and I wanted to add a slit so when I brought it in he was very upfront about the slit and told me if he cut it a certain way he would have to add something and it wouldn’t look good due to the under layer of my dress. Originally I wanted my slit on the left side but later that day I called and asked for it on the right side so when I was picking it up I was very nervous but it was absolutely perfect. “I came in to have my wedding dress altered (not a full blown dress, midi dress for civil ceremony/reception). I originally thought I just needed the bust taken in but the owner helped me fit it better by raising the waist area and suggestion I also take that area in as well. I was surprised how quickly she was able to get it done, as there was a corset, buttons and zipper involved. I brought it in on a Saturday afternoon and she had it done by Wednesday after. It really fit me very well and I couldn't even tell where it had been altered, it was seamless! She quoted me $92 which I think is pretty fair given the amount of complexity in the bodice of the dress. My fiancé has come here before to get his pants hemmed and it has always been extremely fast and good value. Last time his cost $15, so I would say more than acceptable pricing.“

“I’m currently attending the “Woman Evolve 24” conference here in Arlington TX from NYC. I arrived here on an early Wednesday morning around 10am. I got my rental car and checked into the hotel then googled nearest cleaners to get a silk blouse and patent leather pleaded skirt steam to knock out the wrinkles from being folded in my suitcase & a blue jean pants suit that needed dry cleaning too. Town & Country Cleaners in Bedford was the closest cleaners near my hotel. When I got there, I was so nervous because I didn’t know if they would be able to steam my shirt & skirt on the spot (needed for 3pm luncheon). Mannnnnn listen, the lady at register was like give me a few minutes I got you. Also, she took my dry cleaning and said it would be ready the next day. Next day, I’m stuck at the conference the entire day trying to figure out when and how I can pick up my items so call the cleaners to see if they deliver. A guy picked up the phone and was like don’t worried about it, just give me the name of your hotel and I’ll drop off your items for you. I’m like wow and grateful at the same time.<br><br>I’m sorry that this is a long review but I had to explain the incredibly experience and fantastic service I received. The level of professionalism and prompt assistance in helping my dire need of assistance, impeccable. Again, thank you very much for everything.“

“Spoke to a few tailors around concerning replacing the iner lining of my jacket. Other tailors didnt want to do the service. Came here and the lady told me that we didn't have to replace the whole liner. It would be cheaper to replace partially. So she did just that. Although the blacks do night match 100%, I am happy with the finished product.“
