I called and he spoke with me for quite a while giving me a lot of suggestions on what to do with my dog suffering from heart disease. My own vet wouldn't tell me anything only being her in. I wish we found you before we started dealing with our current vet. Even though Dr. Absher is on the other side of town from me I'll be going to him in the future with my next dog.“

“I have always been a fan of Petmate Pet Products Sky Kennels for my dogs. They’re sturdy, well made, secure, stand up to my 95 pound German Shepherd trying to “walk” it across the living room when she thinks I’m leaving without her and they’re easy to break down and set up when traveling. I didn’t think I could love them more, until today.The locking mechanism on my dog’s 48” crate just gave up trying over the weekend. I was just sitting here looking at TV and the bars just dropped. I called Petmate this morning and ordered another door for my 48” crate that has a special 3-way locking mechanism. I was fully prepared to spend $50, $60 up to $100 to replace this door. Nope, I spent ZERO. No charge for the replacement door and no charge for shipping.It’s great to find a company which not only makes quality products, but stands behind them as well. I cannot emphasize enough how much customer service means when it comes to my purchasing decisions. I currently own 3 Petmate Sky Kennel crates and will continue to give them my business.“
