“Came here for a rabies shot for a family dog (Siberian husky) and it was a really good experience. I don’t normally write reviews but I thought it deserved one. I’ve never had a permanent vet until now. I went in on a Tuesday at noon and my dog has always had high anxiety and is very loud and just have never liked the vet but as soon as the doctor came in he was very nice and respectful and was explaining everything and explaining how to be around dogs that are like mine and my dog eventually warmed up to him which was surprising. It’s like he put a spell on my dog lol in a good way. They were constantly talking in an enthusiastic way to him and the staff never got discouraged or stressed or rushed anything. They stayed optimistic and their positive energy never wavered which was so nice to see. We eventually came up with a solution to do a “ninja” technique for the doctor to use to give our dog the shot he needed and it worked and then after our dog got the injection, he gained his trust back once again after the shot and doing tricks with him with treats etc… we left with a great game plan created by the doctor on how to adjust things with our dog in a positive way going forward and we left with no concerns and all our questions and concerns resolved. They were very helpful and you can tell they love animals. Thanks!“

“I brought my two stinky dogs, and they came back squeaky-clean. One of my Dog is aggressive on the grooming table, but they manage to trim him. Although there are some parts on his legs that are not trimmed, considering my dog's behavior, they tried their best, and I am satisfied with their job.“

“Dr. Chaiken and staff are always helpful and competent. Between me and my family he has taken care of 6 of our dogs over the years. Even though I don't live in the area anymore, I continue to take my pups there. Dr. Chaiken is not super extroverted, but he does care for the animals and has a softer side if you give him some patience. :)“

“Muddy Pup Grooming is a friendly and professional place to get your fur baby looking spiffy. I have an adopted rescue adult dog with extreme anxiety. I give him a Trazodone pill to help him through the process, however, he does well there. He’s not fond of getting his nails clipped though. They are patient with him and their prices are reasonable. Give Muddy Puppy Grooming a try.“

“Thank you Dr. Absher! I called after I saw a post his grandfather put up about him saving her dog. I called and he spoke with me for quite a while giving me a lot of suggestions on what to do with my dog suffering from heart disease. My own vet wouldn't tell me anything only being her in. I wish we found you before we started dealing with our current vet. Even though Dr. Absher is on the other side of town from me I'll be going to him in the future with my next dog.“

“Glen at store 4318 went above and beyond to help me. I had an authorship order that did not process due to failed payment. I reached out to corporate because my order showed to still be processing a month later and the buttons to cancel were disabled. Corporate was no help at all. I called the local store and was blessed because I got Glen. Glen is one of the best retail employees I have ever engaged with. He did all he could to resolve the issue. Ended up it was corporate who needed to intervene. So then, Glen gave me 10% off so my pups could get their food. BTW - Bella and Bandit (the pups) said to give Glen a raise. You don’t want to lose a great employee who, despite the system being difficult, was super positive and proactive to help us. Seriously- he deserves a raise. He’s amazing. Keep Glen happy!!!!“

“I took my new rescue for her first Vet visit. My Pug and I love this place, everyone is so kind and helpful. We were taken on time back to a room and met DR Karen. she is a great Vet, explains everything and answered all my question. Everyone there was so thoughtful, when it was time to leave an employee had a big golf umbrella to walk us to my car. She even stood in the rain to make sure that I didn't get wet when I was getting in my car. Also I received a 10% discount for being over 65. See there are some benefits to old age!“

“Excellent high pressure wash which may outweigh the negatives. The best I’ve seen in the area. There is also a blow dry hose, which I didn’t try.. but it’s a nice feature.<br><br>To me it’s a negative that the machine accepts tokens only. It’s three dollars minimal for a 3 minute car wash, you have to be fast. And, you have to convert dollars into a dollar token. It would be better if the machine accepted quarters. Other places in the area are a two dollar minimum wash and you can add a quarter or 2 for extra time. Here you have to add a whole dollar at a time.<br><br>It’s also a negative that credit card is $6 minimum for a 6 minute wash.“
