Getting 3 townhouse owners to agree on one roofer is no easy task. Sam was patient and worked with all owners and ultimately we selected Jamco. The communication on schedule and meetings with subcontractors was flawless. The crew worked dawn to dusk to complete the roof and I couldn’t be happier with their attention to detail, especially the constant monitoring and cleanup of nails on our tiny streets and alley in our townhouse community!
