“Dalworth has been cleaning my carpets for years and years. It's nice to have a service you can count on. Sometimes in six month intervals, sometimes more than a year (money constraints). I have tried others, but always go back to Dalworth. I like their process including steam cleaning, and I like the results the best. They are a bit pricey, so I look for a good sale. Dalworth is fortunate to have thorough, friendly guys working for them. Harold has been here a few times, and today, Roger was here for at least a second time.“

“They did a great job cleaning my carpets and the technician was friendly and professional. However, I was disappointed in the scheduling aspect of the service. They gave me a 3 hour time range (2-5) but the technician didn’t leave his last job till 5, which was over an hour away and I had to reschedule (which they worked with me in getting an appointment the next day). I understand things happen, but please do better in de-conflicting jobs, especially since you already have a 3-hour window to work with!“
