I had a rather unpleasant infestation of those huge water bugs a few months ago. They came, and one solid treatment and a quick follow-up one week later has kept those things--and any other creepy crawlies--out of my house. They are polite, professional, and on time. Even though I wasn't back at my house quite yet, they called and waited on me. I truly appreciated their understanding, hard work, and great customer service.
