Very customer oriented. Goes out of their way to please and make satisfied customers. A pleasure to deal with. The owner brought samples of shingles out to our house several times on Richland Chambers Lake and installed some on the roof so we could visualize and used drone to show us things. Very patient with customer's indecision.

We called Joshua to install new seamless gutters. He also gave us a quote to put a new roof an our garage and house. He was very professional through the whole process. Joshua and his crews did a great job cleaned up. I highly recommend NexGen to anybody. There pricing was also very fair.

I recently had my roof replaced for the 1st time ever, and had the best experience with Josh and his team. From the start, Josh made sure to take the time to explain all aspects of the process. He helped me move things along with my insurance, and continued to go above and beyond! A+ in customer service, and my roof looks fantastic! All done in a day! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!
