Left previous 5 star review but after reading some bad reviews from a year or more ago, I wanted to be sure new prospective customers knew that (per my understanding) those were during a time that a new owner had “purchased” the company and unfortunately was not reliable and was doing a poor job. After damage was done the company was turned back over to the original owner and has since been what it was and should have been. Fortunately I didn’t have any dealings with them during that short period and am thankful they’re back and doing a great job!

L&L plumbing & Septic in Emory have always bent over backwards when I’ve needed help!! Kim, David, Jason & others are great!! This last time my 40 yr old Septic System Control Box switch had worn out among other issues. Kim got me a new ordered, came in quickly and Jason came out to install it. Was a pleasure meeting with Jason and he did a great job!! Wasn’t easy with all those thick gage wires, no extra slack to work with and such little room in the box. 🤯 I’m sure it was a frustrating experience but with all his effort, determination, knowledge & ingenuity, he powered thru it & was able to get er done!! Let me just say that the bad reviews have to be for another company. I called this morning at 8am hoping that I could get someone out this week to help fix a blockage in my septic system and lo and behold Jason showed up 3 hrs later! He greeted me and got straight to work after I told him what was going on. He thoroughly checked my whole system and found 2 issues with it. One he completely knocked out in under an hour and the other one his partner will be back to complete due to it being more of a inside plumbing issue.
