I took my car in to have them look at it. I was expecting to have to replace my ABS control module, which is a very expensive repair. Had I gone to the dealership, that's probably what they would have wanted to do, but Mr. John (I think that was his name) looked it over and it turned out it was just a bad sensor. He replaced it for a very reasonable price, I thought, and he was very pleasant to communicate with. Good experience all around.

Went in with a long list of things that needed to be done on my F250. The truck was running good but just needed some overdue maintenance and fixes. John was very knowledgeable and was willing to work around my schedule. He did everything he said he was going to do and did it for what I thought was a fair price. He gave me an estimate up front and I received no surprises when the work was done. I hope I don't need his service again soon but know where I'll be going when service is needed.

We were traveling home from a little trip when an 18 wheeler going the opposite direction had a blow out. We were both traveling at least 75 mph (the speed limit). The force of the blow out damaged the protective under panel on our vehicle. We weren't sure at the time what the damage was but we kept hearing scraping of metal under the car as we continued down the highway. Stopped in at Elkhart automotive because we certainly didn't want to cause any more damage to our car. Johnny, the owner of the shop immediately stopped what he was doing to help us. He pulled our car into the gargage and wired the under panel so it would no longer drag and we could continue... read full review
