My experience was wonderful!Our less than a year old rheem water heaters pilot would not light. Called T&C and he came right out asap. He was unable to replace the thermostat same day, but did temporarily get everything lit and hot till my part came in. He did not charge me for the first visit! Then when I got the part we got everything scheduled! Ramon is a consummate professional and over 60+ years of experience.
