James and his team are super nice and they always go above and beyond. Friendly and professional. They changed all our old pvc pipes to pex pipes to prevent pipes busting agaun during a winter freeze. Piping Underneath the house are all covered and ready. Texas freeze was very traumatic last year. Luckily James was there to take our call and immediately came to help us. This year we decided pex pipes would be a better solution. I had an outgoing plumbing nightmare at 9pm on a Wednesday night! There was yucky water everywhere in my house. James came right away and found a razor in my outgoing pipe. He fixed it right away that night and came back a couple of days later to replace 90° angle with two 45°™angles to avoid further issues. Reasonably priced too!!
