We have been going to Elgin Pediatrics for 3 years now. We have seen a couple of different doctors, but have had pretty great experiences with them all. There have been mostly friendly faces around the office, especially as of late. Some nurses are more nurturing than others, but I've never felt ignored or a lack of empathy. While some improvements can be made to the overall office experience to make it a more warm & welcoming environment, we have no plans to change care for the time being. The billing department can be a little tricky, but aren't all billing departments that way?

I’ve never had a problem with them until these past times. I had an appointment and I had to wait over an hour. Then another time I called to see if they could see my daughter that had been running a fever for 5 days and they couldn’t schedule anything.

I have three kiddos that absolutely love Dr. English and her staff. She has been my kids doctor for over 8 years! WOW... that's a long time! I have even had to call her in the middle of the night and she called back quickly with excellent advice. I recommend Dr. English and all the Elgin Pediatrics staff to any parent that wants a doctor who feels like part of the family. Dr. English really cares about the kids; they are NOT just another number to her. THANKS TO ALL OF YOU AT ELGIN PEDIATRICS!!!
