I bought a Zia and I can’t express how happy we are with our home! The floorplan and building team was amazing! I have had to call warranty for some minor items expected in a new home but they were quick to respond and get someone out. I built from the ground up and they were faster than expected all of my upgrades were executed perfectly for my vision of dream home! I recommend Zia all the time!

Victoria, was incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process of scheduling my Design Center appointment. From the very first message, she made everything clear, organized, and easy to understand. She provided multiple appointment options, was flexible with options of in-person and virtual meetings, and made sure I had all the information I needed including a detailed list of available upgrades.
