Staff is always super friendly. If I have to cancel the day before or reschedule, they're understanding. If I want a sooner appointment and call, I almost always get an appointment very soon!
First time waxing in over a YEAR. Was extremely smooth and pain free with Cerologist Jaime! She was totally understanding, friendly, and made me feel very comfortable. I thought after going back to shaving, it would be a painful experience, but her technique and care made the pain as minimal as possible! I did a full upper body and modified bikini wax, and she left me feeling so smooth, got every detail, and made sure there wasn’t a single hair left untouched! HIGHLY recommend!! The location is also very clean, welcoming, and not to mention beautiful! Will definitely be returning, and switching back to waxing! Thank you Jaime!!
