“Dr Ellis and her staff are PURE GOLD!! All the vets in Alamogordo and Las Cruces couldn’t fit our cat into their busy schedules when he had been badly attacked by another cat. His tail was all mangled, in pain, and bleeding a lot. Poor cat was FREAKED! We drive 100 miles to El Paso Urgent Care after the last vet in Las Cruces said they could schedule our cat to be treated in two weeks. ( I’ll explain that to the cat).
When we got to urgent care they took our cat back to the vet immediately. I was terrified his tail had to be amputated - and I’m afraid of anesthesia on cats. ( I have a veterinary background) . Dr Ellis went WAY out her way. She not only saved Vinnies’ tail, she gave him some sedatives and antibiotics. What I thought was going to be a disaster turned out to be a wonderful celebration of life. THIS GROUP IS THE BEST EVER!!!
I was not concerned about the cost - but the bill was WAY lower than I was prepared for. What a fabulous way to start the New Year. THANK YOU!!!“
