Had a great experience today. I scheduled in the morning, the haircut was not to my expectations, I called and gave them a try again. They not only corrected my haircut but apologized and expressed how thankful they were for me giving them another chance. What started as a rocky haircut, ended with an amazing haircut. I will be back.

Pam was really kind and clearly extremely knowledgeable. She was able to fix a terrible haircut from a different salon. I regained my confidence because of her.
