This place is ridiculous, 4 hours to have my wife checked, she was in pain for those hours, this is not an ER don’t even think of coming here you’ll probably die before they check you. The worst experience ever!

Good luck trying to get a hold of someone at the this hospital. My aunt was scheduled for outpatient surgery and was supposed to be done by 2PM. I was to receive a phone call from the hospital staff when she was ready for pick up. 3:30 came with no phone call. I called the main number looking for an update but was transferred to various departments with several dropped calls in between. I’ve had to call back several times and each time I get transferred to a different department. It’s 3:47 now and still no update. Poor management.

I showed up for my appointment that was previously confirmed by them 4 days ago and they told me it was cancelled, that they had tried calling me 4 hours earlier but I did not answer and they could not leave a voicemail. I showed them my call log and they can see I had no missed calls and the last call I received was when they confirmed my appointment. She tells me they can reschedule for the following week but I explain to her that I can only do it today and had taken PTO so I could make my already confirmed appointment, she asks me to take a seat and they would check if there is something they can do.
