For two years, I have been very satisfied with the work they do on my hands and feet. Unfortunately, this past weekend, April 20, I spent 3 hours while they repaired the mistake they made when giving me a pedicure. It was so poorly done that I can't put the shoes on. sandals. The mistake is that there is no one who speaks Spanish and no matter how much I explained what I wanted and insisted when they were putting the polish on that that was not the color, they contradicted me and in the end they had to put me on top of the one that already had another polish In short, the pedicure was a disaster. First the staff was patient, greeted everyone, very friendly. They didn't rush anyone and it was busy. But these nails are not good, please don't suggest I go back to get them fixed because I can't, I was visiting. They are crooked, polish all over, they are too thick. The other ladies who were getting their nails done, it looked great.

Today was my first time at Star Nail Spa and I had a great experience. Kenny did a fantastic job. He was friendly and very kind. He asked me more than once if I was liking the progress & my nails came out perfect. I have found my new nail salon!
