Southwest Mechanical Heating cooling was recommended to me and I was extremely satisfied with their service. Peniel (Peña)was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and answered all my questions. I totally recommend Peniel and Southwest Mechanical.
We work with individuals with special needs and our air went out. They were very accomidating and efficient and came the next day to help us out. Thank you to Shane and his team. They came the next morning and fixed the mess the previous “repair men” made within the hour! Highly recommended.
Wonderful service from the whole company. Abraham Reyes helped me today after my mini split locked up with the cold weather. I had concerns and called this morning and he was able to come out and fix the issue before the end of the work day on the same day I called. He walked me through the process and what to look out for in the future if I have similar issues. He helped to relieve some of the stress that I was dealing with and now my dogs and I will be warm during the cold weather this week.
