The front staff is very unprofessional. They prescribed me a medicine that my insurance does not cover. I called to get that fixed and they kept on putting me on hold and hanging up. I told them it was a medicine I needed urgently and they did not care. I spent an hour trying to get a hold of them. I will be changing doctors.

The front office staff is very unprofessional. I dropped off the sports physical documents for signature and it's been almost 9 days and it has not been signed yet and no confirmation on when it will be signed. I called 3 times to esquire about the documents and they kept me on hold for 45 minutes each time. Now, my son's school has threatened to kick him out of the sports class for not providing sports physical documents. but, Dr office/Dr doesn't care for that. Very disappointed.

Dr. Salloum has been my sons’ doctor from the time they were born. He has addressed their needs every single time and made them well. The office staff is super friendly and the wait time is minimal. Professional and friendly environment consistently.
