Mrs. Sandra was very unprofessional I went in for a haircut and color and she colored my hair a different color than I asked for. and the cut was the worst. I posted the pictures of my cut and she actually took to her Facebook page down. She is rude yelled at me blamed me for her bad hair cut because I have thick hair. I DO NOR RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE. If she rather take her Facebook page off and close it so people won't see she how bad she left my hair. it was not what I asked for. She actually had the nerve to blame me. For the bad cut she gave me. She styled my hair so I couldn't see how bad it was until I went home and watched it two days later.Service: Haircut

I went in for a haircut and color Ms Sandra the owner was very unprofessional with me. She butchered my hair and colored it the wrong color. I had to go back the next day to get the color changed because instead of brown she made it blonde. I posted pictures on her Facebook page and how she butchered my hair and she literally took her Facebook page down. She had the nerve to yell at me and blame me because my hair was too thick. I told Ms Sandra that I went to four other beauty salons so they can judge the haircut she made for me before I went back to her because I didn't want to blow it out of proportion and every single beauty salon told me that she butchered my hair they don't understand how she claims to have 35 years experience and leave my hair like she did. I told Ms Sandra I was going to post this letters from the other beauty salons with a setup out the haircut she did for me that she took her Facebook page off. People please I do not recommend this place. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. UNLESS YOU WANT THE OWNER OF THE SALON TO BUTCHER YOUR HAIR LIKE SHE DID ME. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. She actually had the nerve to answer my post and say that it's because I don't know how to style my hair it doesn't matter if I curl my hair or not as you can see she butchered my hair. She actually curled it for me at the salon to hide how bad it looked it wasn't until I washed it and I went home that I realized the hack job she did on me people I do not recommend this beauty salon. Unless you want her your hair to look like mine turned out.

Sandra charges $18 for cut & shampoo and $4 extra if you want blow dry. AFTER she shampoo's, she explains she can't cut properly without blow drying and that she must blow dry and charge the $4 extra....unprofessional and disappointing.
