Excellent customer service, very good information. I got my product and they gave me a great discount. I wish they had more assortment for percussionists, it would be the ideal store. I totally recommend.

I took my sons trumpet in to have it repaired. The insurance through the store covered the repair at no cost to me which was awesome! Customer service is phenomenal in this store every time I go in and I couldn’t be happier.

When we went to pick up my son’s saxophone, the young lady that helped us was very curtious and very knowledgeable about the instrument. She explained what they fixed on the instrument and about the reeds. She took the time to explain, is what I appreciated the most.
