The absolute Worst place to be attended. TheWORST office staff, they are unprofessional and they overbook appointments and you wait 2 to 3 hours waiting to be seen. The front office staff beyond rude, and unprofessional. Again They are the WORST!They are lucky they got one star but it wasn't even deserved!!!!
Office staff are the most unfriendly, uncaring I have met in my lifetime. Having 40 years as a practicing nurse, this is the worst I've ever encountered. The medical staff are good, but first impressions come from the desk.
Don’t ever send emails with concerns to the concerns department. .I have sent two emails and it’s been two weeks and I have not received a response. Now I know why the Eastside office is run like it is. Very poor customer service.
