I’ve had the pleasure of having Dr. Davila twice the last two times I was here in November and now in January. Dr. Davila is professional and personable, I lived in the 79925 area for all my life now due to moving travel out of my way to come here. I have been to East animal hospital and Eastwood animal clinic and the service here is by far the best and the vet clearly cares about his clients and animals. After very bad issues with getting prescriptions and my dogs medication filled even in house with Eastwood animal clinic I came here to McRae animal hospital. I would like to thank the staff and Veterinarian at McRae Animal Hospital. I went in earlier today to euthanize my ill dog. Throughout the entire process (front desk, to technician and Veterinarian) they were very sympathetic. This was my first time having to do this. I really appreciate how they treated me and my dog. I highly recommend McRae Animal Hospital. Thank you.
I showed up to the clinic under unfortunate circumstances and Tiffany was extremely helpful, directive, and sympathetic considering why I had to be there. She fully and carefully explained the next steps with the cremation process and did not hesitate to listen to my concerns and grief. She made sure I understood everything and still continued to show her compassion to my loss.
