“I contacted El Candado somehow the key became dislodged from the key housing and the microchip came out of the housing. I have no idea what the components of transponder keys are, but he asked me to take a picture of the key and housing. After a 1 minute review he called me back and adviser that the chip was missing from the housing and recommended I check around immediate area around of my vehicle for the microchip and if I couldn't find it to call him back and the cost that it would be to rekey the vehicle. Luckily, I found the microchip, and my truck started right up. He could have easily told me there was no other choice but to rekey my vehicle, but he recommended I look one more time before he made his way to me.“
