My car had been acting up for a while and i took it to OReillys to get scanned. I was told the issue and was on the search for a good shop. I remember seeing a post on social media about JLN being great so I went for it. I called ahead and spoke to Vincent, i mentioned the issue that needed to be fixed and he quoted me a great price but also suggested if they could look at it first. I went following day after Labor Day and he mentioned they were busy but would definitely take care of me and asked if i could leave car. Mark was very approachable and extremely knowledgeable on what needed to be fixed on my car. He is very detail oriented and reasonable in his pricing. I’ll definitely return for any future repairs.
Mark is an awesome Mechanic! Addressed my concerns, and communicated with me through the enitre process. Fixed my AC in my trailblazer and replaced an ignition coil at a very fair price. I am very satisfied with coming here which is not something common for me regarding mechanics in El Paso. Thank you Mark!
