If you have no time and you want to work out your a busy mom that works,sports, cooks than this is your place. Open when you want and the infrared is amazing on your skin and so great for body weight loss best gym ever !
I absolutely love this gym! Not only do you feel amazing after each and every session but the sauna heat has helped my knees and my sisters back ( herniated disk) The staff is the most kindest people ever and genuinely care. The gym is ALWAYS clean and is open 24/7 and there is 2 scales available as well as a always stocked vending machine with healthy snacks, energy drinks and water! If you’re looking for a good gym this is it.
I have enjoyed this Gym since day 1, and the staff is friendly. All equipment is kept up, no machines broken or in bad condition. I like the fact that I can come In at any time, day or night. Highly recommended!!
