They completely mismatched my hair to the extensions after i told her i didn’t want to color my hair anymore, and i was looking for extensions my color. She told me i could come in an exchange the color if it didn’t match my hair. Of course, it didn’t. And, of course they didn’t want to exchange them. Because they were taken out of the package. I did not know this, and she said that i could.I was so lucky to find Erika when i did. She matched my hair perfectly! I had so many questions that she answered, with patience and gave me all the information that I needed to feel comfortable with coloring my hair one more time “
