“I had a very disappointing situation happen after i bought 24 inch extensions at Wig Paradise. They completely mismatched my hair to the extensions after i told her i didn’t want to color my hair anymore, and i was looking for extensions my color. She told me i could come in an exchange the color if it didn’t match my hair. Of course, it didn’t. And, of course they didn’t want to exchange them. Because they were taken out of the package. I did not know this, and she said that i could.I was so lucky to find Erika when i did. She matched my hair perfectly! I had so many questions that she answered, with patience and gave me all the information that I needed to feel comfortable with coloring my hair one more time “

“SUSIE was AMAZING! She took the time to listen to what I wanted and the concerns I had. I showed her a picture, and she was spot on. I got highlights that took me from dark to a cool toned blonde. “Reserved a Couples Massage for my Husband and I. I was shocked that the massage was quite expensive. However, we reserved our stay at the Hotel Paso Del Norte. We intended on staying within the Hotel for everything, to include the Spa. It was easy to schedule the massage at our convenience. The Spa itself is quiet and peaceful. Upon meeting our masseuse we were taken care of right away. Our massages were the best and worth the expense.
