Great place and how wonderful to save residents a trip to a big box place that involves driving down I-10 and such! I had the most respectful, helpful, and competent employee attend to me as I stood in shock staring at the two hundred million bolt options to replace one on my bathroom cabinet. So while that didn’t work out for me, the young man matched the bathroom wall color in the rental I was in from a small piece of random plastic I brought in. Honestly, it was just nice to be treated so kindly giving me a small break from my moving woes!

Good, old fashioned, friendly customer service. George, the manager and his staff make you feel welcomed and do whatever they can to assist you. If there is something that they do not carry, they will try to order it or refer you to where you can get it locally. This is now my preferred Ace Hardware in Silver City.
