I found this place from my insurance website. Scheduled an appointment, first one was great. Second one they wanted me to do a test due to a questionnaire I filled out. However, the lady giving me the test only spoke spanish and they didn’t want to bring someone out that could explain why I needed this test done in the first place. We kept asking for someone that spoke english so they could explain why I needed this test, but the worker gave some excuse. I had my grandma (who speaks spanish) to translate but she was furious due to the fact that translating medical terms from spanish to english is difficult and we both thought it was ridiculous.The next story, I was...read full review

It is a huge challenge to schedule anything over the phone. I've been hung up on, left on hold for an hour, and sent to voicemail during business hours. I had to drive down to the office to schedule an appointment because that is how useless calling is.I love the nurses and the staff but having this issue is making me consider another doctor.
