Great experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful. They let us take a sample tile to match with other pieces of the kitchen project and were very patient with the multiple return trips it took to find the right color and pattern. Prices were very reasonable (lookin' at you big box hardware store down the street) and good selection. Tile, thinset, and grout were delivered promptly and courteously. Couldn't ask for better.

Great tile, horrible customer service. We have gone on four separate occasions, not once were we greeted, or told "we will be right with you", "how can I help you", it was just, "look on that wall" or "no". We are not big spenders but we were returning clients, when we paid for the order the woman didn't even say "Thank You". Handed me a receipt and scoffed the arrival time and date. We were given the wrong tile on pick up. Two gentlemen were polite yet, however, and I apologize the woman acted very conceited.
