A Ms Sylvia Andrade wrote a bad review. Just to clarify she was told we do not sell any script medications to the public. We only sell to licensed medical (Veterinary preferred) doctors who have a registered account with El Paso Veterinary Supply. The owner made it clear that we cannot and will not sell her any products and to purchase her script medications from her local veterinarian. She argued with owner who promptly and at first nicely explained the situation. She again was very persistent and he told her "no" she cannot purchase any medications. She again became argumentative and the owner just simply hang-up the phone.
