I contacted El Candado somehow the key became dislodged from the key housing and the microchip came out of the housing. I have no idea what the components of transponder keys are, but he asked me to take a picture of the key and housing. After a 1 minute review he called me back and adviser that the chip was missing from the housing and recommended I check around immediate area around of my vehicle for the microchip and if I couldn't find it to call him back and the cost that it would be to rekey the vehicle. The Locksmith was excellent and did a great job fixing our old lock that had a broken key inserted. We called other locksmith and said they couldn't do it because lock was old. El Candado did it well and provided new keys. Priced it well.

I called AAA because I needed assistance with a vehicle lockout. El Candado came out right away and assisted in getting into my car. They were professional,courteous,and on time. I couldn’t have asked for a better company.
