Requested service for a master shower that wasn't turning on but was leaking from the shower head. Jim asked enough questions to identify the problem over the phone. We agreed on an appointment time within a couple of days to fix the issue. He arrived on time as agreed and reviewed his assessment with me. He was able to fix the issue in a short amount of time.
