Every flaw and detail was annotated professionally in a full color report and was able to discuss and put his findings into layman's terms for me after the inspection was completed. Continue to get annual service from Daw Pest Control. Rarely see critters in my house, but recently got a visit from a big, ugly, hairy spider.
