They are all trained to take your money. Starting from the girls in the front to the people in the back. My honest review!! I was hesitant to write a review, but that is the honest truth.
You guys have very poor customer service!!! I took both my cats in for a surgery consult. The techs took my cats back for their appointment without allowing me to go with, and I wasn't able to ask questions or speak to the vet. They didn't explain anything at all, even the charges were vague. We went through with the surgery because we had no choice at this point, it was needed. I have concerns with one of my cats and have a pending followup on Monday for her 2 weeks. I was told that if I want to speak to the vet regarding my concern from a server that he did, it would be another charge! When in the world does this happen?!!! When I picked up my cats from surgery you all had me waiting for an hour in the lobby because no one was available to hand them over to me. I saw people come and go for their appointments. Granted, I was told to arrive at a certain time, you think they'd be ready. Unfortunately the brightest people aren't hired therefore any explanation is lacking when it comes to techs. I won't be recommending this clinic anymore, as long as the service continues to be as terrible as it is.
OMG! DON'T LEAVE YOUR PET WITH THESE PEOPLE! I wish I had read these reviews before I trusted these people with my dog. I had gone to this clinic since I was a kid, but there is an obvious difference from then until now. I had to many outside to name, so I will abbreviate them as best as I can for example: Unprofessional manager-neglected to call me for two days. Cash grab- hidden fees that brought my chargers well over $500. for a weeks 12 days. Threats/ultimatum from staff - pay for ineffective sedation, or come and pick up your dog (dispute the fact that we were out of town). Save yourself and your wallet the aches and pains of trusting these people with your pet. Once again, I wish that I had read these reviews before leaving my dog.
