Big shoutout to Tony from DAG Electric! 🙌 He answered my call without any voicemail drama and was super prompt and knowledgeable. Not only did he fix the pesky power trips in my house, but he also took the time to label the circuits (major bonus points for that!). I was bracing for a huge bill, but thankfully, it didn't break the bank. Highly recommend Tony and DAG Electric for any electrical needs – can't wait to work with him again! 😊
Tony was thorough, prompt, and very helpful. I called about my panel being labeled incorrectly by a previous company. He spent time not only to trace and correctly label each breaker appropriately, but he also helped me test that my smoker wasn't the cause of one of my breakers tripping. He explained everything and offered advice as if he were giving it to a friend. That type of customer service is rare, and I will be recommending him to everyone. Bonus points for being fair in price, I was blown away.
I had to get my doorbell fixed due to some issues with the wiring inside my home. I would have never thought that would be an issue. Until my husband and I switched security services and was in need of manual doorbell instead of wireless. Tony was fast, knowledgeable, and really friendly. But most importantly he got the job done almost effortlessly! I'll be looking into getting a light put in for my son's closet and Tony will be the guy I'll call.
