I give 5 five stars to cool joes cuts in the northeast, always good staff specially Ruth and Loretta that are always friendly and have alot of experience in cutting hair, I recommend this salon, and ask for them if u go.

I have been coming to this location for almost two years. Loretta usually cuts my hair and does a great job. I will continue to come here due to its location, quick lines, and good prices and recommend it to those interested.
