The customer service is horrible I called the pharmacist and I needed my high blood pressure pills and the lady denied them to me and kept questioning me that why I need them, she lied and said she was going to call my doctor to get my prescription and she never called back.I have also called by their closing time and I’ve gotten screamed at. This is essentially a well run sliding scale / medicaid clinic. Think very busy, not totally pleasant lobby, lots of waiting, appointment cancellations or confusion on the part of the staff, etc, but when you finally get care the quality is good. The first part is what any medicaid clinic will be like, but not all of them end with you receiving good care.I have had some issues with the receptionists being busy or confused, but all the medical providers and the pharmacist have also been very respectful as well as attentive, at least when they finally find time to sit down to talk with me.If you are insured and it's not medicaid, you can probably find somewhere better with...read full review

I have experienced the same issue what's in Wonder Womans review. Really hard to reach a real person and just get keep getting voice mail for days, and no one has ever called me back in the years I have gone there for Dental services. I continue going there out of need, and I am very pleased with dentists and assistants. I hope these reviews are noted and that they make a difference. Thank you.
