I went to the browart 23 in Cielo Vista mall in El Paso TX. I come here everytime. There used to be a very nice older lady working here. Now the younger one is here all the time. Everytime I visit the store, with the exception of 1 time, I have had to poke my head inside the office to get the young girls attention as she is on her phone in the back while her boyfriend sits next to her. The other time she was cuddled up on the couch with the boy . I think it's unprofessional but it has never bothered me. Today I walk in and I peek my head in and she is not there but her purse /backpack is there. I sit in the chair closest to the entrance so I am purposely not sitting near the register. 17 min passed by and I decide to check in the office behind the partition in case she is passed out. It is starting to worry me that she has not appeared, the gate was not pulled down and her bag is in view. As soon as I see she is not behind the partition I turn to leave and she is running, red faced, yelling at me to get out. Her boyfriend is behind her with a big bag of food. I told her to calm down and I was checking to see if was okay because she has been gone so long. She said that was a lie since she only went to get food and yells at me to leave. If her boyfriend was there, why didn't he go and get her food so she could remain at the business? Why didn't she close the gate to indicate that she wasn't there? Why did she continue to yell at me even after I just went to go check to make sure she was OK because this is normal that she is back there. I check three times before I become uneasy. She is ridiculous.

The lady doesn’t care about the customer only about the money. I asked for a clean up and she took a chunk off my eyebrow so she had to “fix it” and left me with really really thin eyebrows. I told her she lost a customer and didn’t charge me. She never changes her gloves unless you ask her to do it and everything is super unsanitary. I don’t know how they’re still open.Service: Eyebrow threading

HORRIBLE service and lady had a very bad attitude since the moment i walked in. She left eyebrows were very UNEVEN i left crying and i wont be able to do any to my eyebrows for at least 2 weeks . When i told her my eyebrows were bad she didn't took any responsibility
