I got responses from both of them within 5 minutes and he was able to send the color sheet so I could get the paint from Home Depot. I've had great service and no problems with the home. The foreman Hector was very professional and went out of his way to show me progress of house multiple times. They changed the garage door for me without any hesitation and closing was done 2 weeks before scheduled. Havent been in house long but so far everything is great.
