Residents have appreciated the thoughtful features included in their homes, such as hidden TV wires, power outlets above kitchen cabinets for mood lighting, pre-wired surround sound, and fans in every room. When a customer recently needed to repaint walls after moving out, the company's representatives Patti and Ismael Sanchez were quick to respond and assist, even providing a color sheet to facilitate the process. The company has also demonstrated excellent customer service, with the foreman Hector going the extra mile to keep a customer updated on the progress of their home construction. Customers have reported great satisfaction with their Bella Homes experience, and believe the new owners will enjoy the homes as much as they did.
My wife and I have lived in our Bella home for 5 years. We enjoyed the little things like hiding the tv wires behind the wall, power outlets above the kitchen cabinets so I could install mood lighting, surround sound prewired in the living room and the back patio, and fans included in every room. We just moved and I needed to repaint some walls. I called Patti and she directed me to Ismael Sanchez. I got responses from both of them within 5 minutes and he was able to send the color sheet so I could get the paint from Home Depot. I've had great service and no problems with the home. It's been bitter sweet moving but I know the new buyers will enjoy it as much as we did.

The foreman Hector was very professional and went out of his way to show me progress of house multiple times. They changed the garage door for me without any hesitation and closing was done 2 weeks before scheduled. Havent been in house long but so far everything is great.
