Good Company. Installed 2 new units replacing swamp coolets. Did good clean install, this was a few years back. Been out to service units as capacitors seem to go bad after a year or two but a 200 repair. Overall b&g is responsive the guys are very nice and polite and the office support is the best.

I was given an appointment between 1-4 which was in service hours but the technician didn’t show up until 6:30 so I had to pay the after hours rate I was prepared for this but was given 4 different amounts for the after hours rate I will NOT be using this company ever again even though I have used them several times in the pastServices: A/C system repair

Excellent customer service I always use them for my needs and never had an issue.
