If you want to feel like you tossed your money on a trash bin, go to this place. I had an appointment for Botox with Adela about a month ago. On the 2 week follow-up, she asked how you find the results, I told her they are getting there, I guess. She said no retouch was necessary. Two days later, I sent her a text message about I wasn't satisfied with the results after 2 full weeks, and she answered that with no problem, she could see me the following week. I told her that I would be traveling, and I wasn't to come back until the 3rd week of January. She answered that the appointment should be before that to be a follow-up. I wrote to her that I was available anytime when she could before my travel. She never replied back to me. That appointment would have been 5 minutes or less, like the 2 previous ones. But she didn't care, of course not. She got the money the first appointment. At the first appointment, they made me fill out a lot of paperwork, supposed to be a medical history, and then I was supposed to be interviewed over the phone and with a camera by a "doctor." The "doctor" was asking questions about medication and past medical history. Adela was telling me what to answer using head movements. I didn't worry about it because that was not the first time I got Botox, but the previous times were always with nurse registered/ practitioners. But now, thinking about the way Adela handled things, I feel that place is not safe for certain treatments like Botox. I do NOT recommend this place to go to real clinics with registered nurses and professionals.
