We just love Beto for our Tucker. He is so kind and sweet and when he shows up Tucker not only knows who he is but is excited to see him. He listens to what you want and always does a great job. Tucker is high energy & tends to gets anxiety when he’s not with me but has never shown this behavior when he’s with Beto. I also love that he’s mobile and I’m not having to drop him off for hours. Great guy and service and most importantly, Tuckers loves him!
Great professional! My baby has been attending Puppy Palace for 2 years and Roberto is the only groomer with whom he allows his cut , he always leaves him looking gorgeous. I love it. The groomer is very friendly and professional. He shows that he likes his work and above all that he knows how to do it. The prices are great. I recommend it 100%.
The staff at Puppy Palace did an amazing job with my dog, Beau. She was initially nervous/anxious, but looked very happy and smelled wonderful when I picked her up. I appreciate the patience of the staff. We will definitely be back!
