“Stylist: Was in town to visit friend. Booked an appointment at this salon after discussing over the phone what I needed. They booked me with Mel and I love love her! She was so patient with me. I was trying to go back to my original coloring and had she not listen and give detailed advice I would have totally regretted my own decision. The way she described to me the process and 3 different ways it was the most time anyone has spoken to me about the process. And I love the result. She got me back to my original color but the way she did it some of my old color showed through and made it looked like my hair was sun kissed. Wish I live here to use her forever! Def recommend her to my friend who lives here to book her. Ah! Almost forgot to add! I also had a last minute facial performed by Terry! Omg amazing! She did an enzyme facial and my skin came out glowing and smooth as a silk! Should probably mention it was so relaxing I might have woken myself up with a few snores. ??. Love love!“

“I have been at Volume for about 5 years. A stylist that I had used for a while gave me a cut that was "not something I loved" we had some miscommunication ( and I hated my hair- but I hated to complain because I loved my stylist and she had always done amazing) .

I called and emailed the owner Mandy, she insisted on making it right. I wish it was as a simple as just getting a second haircut and making things look better, but unfortunately, too much have been taken off. I hated to go back because it's not like they could "glue my hair back on" but thanks to Mandy- we were able to do some temporary extensions with several more visits to blend and snip things and about six months worth of wearing extensions, and tiny trims - she got my hair to a state that I could live with.

I've been back several times since then- the original stylist is still there and people still love her work.

The point: this place has a compassion for both clients and the employees, and Mandy made sure we were both ok. Other places probably would have refunded me said sorry and I would have left and found a new place. But Mandy's compassion and love of the biz kept a loyal customer.“

“María did my brows Nanoblading. I am very happy with the results. She gave my brows the best shape they ever have had. (One brow was naturally higher than the other and she was able to make them match). I did return after the initial visit because the dye did not seem to stick very well. She was most amenable to revise and finish my eyebrows to my satisfaction. I have received numerous compliments on my brows.“

I’m so glad I did! I was so nervous about the pain level since it had been so long since getting my eyebrows done, but Annie has a light hand and left me with 0 redness or irritation or cuts!
